ChefAyalah Raphiel
In 2008 at the age of 14 while only a fresh-man in high school at Booker T. Washington HSPVA, Ayalah created Vintage Sweets with a few secret family recipes and a passion for making people smile through food. Chef Ayalah Raphiel studied Baking & Pastries and Hotel Management at Johnson & Wales University. Her studies eventually led her to Florence, Italy where she mastered techniques that she’s infused into classic southern recipes. Her passion for baking and pastry arts is represented through her inventive recipes. In 2018, Chef Ayalah continues Vintage Sweets, now based in Las Vegas.
